How to use KPOS?

7 steps — from download to your first sale.

Download KPOS

Click the download button and save KPOS-Setup.exe to your PC. The 30-day trial is free — no credit card needed.

Double-click KPOS-Setup.exe and follow the install wizard. Takes 1–2 minutes. Compatible with Windows 10 and 11.

On first launch, enter your store name and owner PIN. Simple setup — takes about 2 minutes.

Type the name, price, and stock count for each product. You can also use a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner for faster entry.

Search for a product, click it, and process the payment. Change and receipt are calculated automatically.

At the end of the day, open Reports. You'll see your exact income and expenses — no manual calculation needed.

When the 30 days are up, go to /presyo, choose a plan, and pay via GCash. You'll receive a license key to activate KPOS.
